Research has shown that minorities are driving development in Southeast Florida. According to PolicyLink, a research institute advancing economic and social equity, by the year 2040, 76 percent of the region’s population is anticipated to be people of color – with Hispanic, Asian and black populations leading the way. So what is the best way to prepare for equitable growth?
